A beautiful natural compound of 351 hectares (842 acres) is being sold, consisting of two unique
properties, located in Costa Rica, on the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biologically diverse areas on the
planet, a place renowned by world-class newspapers for its incomparable beauty and endowed with
unmatched natural wealth.

The compound is made up of two properties. The first property, with a beachfront, has an extension of
114 hectares 2933 meters (281 Acres). It offers a spectacular beachfront measuring at 670 meters (0.39
miles). In addition, it has a 2 mile long airstrip for light aircraft, with the possibility of expanding for
heavier aircraft. This runway was authorized by the Civil Aviation authorities of Costa Rica. Currently it is
not in use, but the reopening process is feasible as the airstrip was recently in operation.

The second property, which at measures at 230 hectares 1649 square meters (568 Acres), has virgin
rainforest with thousands of species of plants, insects and animals, which make up a large part of the
biodiversity of the area. In addition, this property has water springs that supply the compound with
abundant water.
